The Relationship Between Digital and Printed Programs: Client Survey Results
In talking about the shift towards digital program books, many arts organizations have questions about the relationship between printed and digital programs. To provide the best answers to these questions, we turned to our clients.
We invited our InsideGuide clients to complete a short survey on digital and printed programs. We asked 10 questions:
Do you provide a print option in addition to your digital programs?
Which types of print options do you provide?
How do you deliver your print options?
Have you reduced your printing costs since implementing digital programs?
How much of your program printing costs have you been able to eliminate?
Do your digital programs include items that could not be included in a printed program?
What digital-only items have you included in your digital programs?
Do you include ads from external organizations in your digital programs?
How do you source your digital program's external ads?
Do you charge more or less for your digital ads than you would for print ads?
36 organizations completed the survey. Here are the results.
